Greetings and Welcome to the 2009 Panther Football Season.  

  The Developmental Sports Management Group (DSMG) is a non-profit amateur sports organization based in Memphis, TN. The founding members; Mario Ackers, Carolyn Wade, Charles Wade, and KeVan Wade, founded the organization in 2005.The Memphis Panthers Sports Organization was launched from this union in June 2006. These trailblazers worked to bring the exciting and high-caliber football experience to Memphis and its surrounding areas as a member of the Premier Football League.   DSMG works to enhance and improve the amateur football business climate in the Mid-South area, and to educate and affiliate our organization with the athletic community. DSMG promotes a professional football team in the very competitive, Premier Football League.

DSMG’s driving force is providing the business to the general public, protecting the rights of the amateur and developmental athlete, and assisting to improve the quality of amateur sports to those athletes who seek professional sports as a career. DSMG will improve the amateur football sport by being more than just a football team for fans to see while having soda and chips. DSMG develops volunteers, collaborators, and clients from its fan base, who in turn take their experiences of our programs back into the community.  

In 2006 MPSO went to the North American Football League (NAFL) playoffs in its inaugural year of franchise. The team had five All Stars of which one was awarded MVP during the championship games in Orlando, FL. During its second year MPSO had two All Stars in the playoffs, and as head coach of the Southeast Conference Coach Wade led the winning All Star team to victory in Las Vegas, NV in 2007. In 2008, MPSO joined the Premier Football League and with the quick and decisive actions became the Pioneer Division Champs.  

So to all, we have a lot to celebrate and much to be proud of as we embark upon our 4^th year of Panther pouncing on the opponents of our team. W e are enthused to have you join us in another victorious year as a fan and supporting member of the Memphis Panthers Sports Organization. We plan to continue to make history by exceeding expectations and achieving greatness in minor-league football.  On behalf of DSMG and MPSO we promise food, fun and entertainment.  All we need is you!
